Question by jimorna: iPhone 3GS "Charging is not supported with this accessory"?
So i recently bought a pre-owned iPhone 3GS and it works 100%, the only problem is the "Charging is not supported with this accessory" error message.

It doesn't come up when i have cables plugged in, but as soon as i unplug the USB cable it comes up. (non-jailbroken)

what can i do to prevent it?

All restore with backup options are from after i created a new iphone identity. Help! I need those contacts for work!!
